Stage 1: WIN

This stage is about helping people to know and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and personal Saviour. (If you want to know Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour, click here).

It is a response to the person who often says "I will never be....” This is a similar condition to the soil which is by the road side (parable of the sower, Mark 4:1-20).

Now, there is hope for this person because God’s Word (seed) has potential to save the person from destruction and bring the desired change.

The Principle: SOW A SEED

For, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. “How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? (Romans 10:13-14).

Our OLM response

We help the person to establish a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This is the first and most important step to overflowing life. The appropriate ministry gift that Jesus gave to the church is the Evangelist. We call the ministry - WIN.

Our approach is to show God’s love to people around us, as a way of life. We emphasize loving relationships in our church. Through our "Connected to Overflow" sessions, we help participants to be sure of their salvation through Jesus Christ. This naturally leads to stage two – RESTORE.
