Leadership
We believe in Apostolic Leadership, in which the church leadership is recognized according to Ephesians 4:11. The leadership has a four-fold responsibility (Ephesians 4:12-16) of equipping the church for ministry. The equipping is meant to bring the church to maturity in four distinct areas:
STATURE (verse 13)
STABILITY (verse 14)
SPEECH (verse 15)
SERVICE (verse 16)
Leadership philosophy
Don’t push your way to the front; don't sweet-talk your way to the top. Put yourself aside, and help others get ahead. (4) Don't be obsessed with getting your own advantage.
